You can place an order online for home delivery at any time and your order will be delivered within 3 business days*. When placing an order please include a mobile number so we can contact you to give an approximate delivery time*. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way. Once you have placed your order with us, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Then on the day of delivery, you’ll receive a SMS confirming your order is on its way. Our delivery vehicle is equipped with an onboard freezer so you can be rest assured your items will be ice cold on arrival.

 We home deliver our frozen products to Brisbane, Gold Coast and Tweed Heads. Orders over $99 receive FREE delivery, a flat rate of $12.00 will be added to orders under $99. Deliveries to Brisbane are made once a week on Wednesday. Minimum order $60.

 

Please ensure you have provided the correct street address so we can get your order delivered as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order the products will need to be placed into the freezer ASAP. If you are not home at the time of delivery, we’ll send you another SMS informing you that the driver has left the delivery on your doorstep. Please note: we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If there is any delay with your order, we will let you know.

It is ideal if you can be home on the day of delivery. This is to ensure your frozen pods go straight into the freezer to maintain the quality and freshness of our products. If you are unable to be home at the time of delivery, your package will be left at your door in an insulated cardboard box with ice packs to keep it cool. We have taken every measure to ensure our products are delivered frozen. We take no responsibility for the products if they defrost due to being left outside or out of the freezer for an unreasonable amount of time.

If we are unable to leave your order in a safe, dry place we will not deliver your goods, e.g. gated community or apartment. Your order will be delivered on our next delivery day for your area, There is a $10 re-delivery charge. We will attempt to contact you by phone and text before going on to our next delivery.

*Deliveries to Brisbane are made once a week on Wednesday.
